The only four-team Cup. Forty players split into four sides of ten, which made every daily point count double.

Day One · Scramble · Escena

Sunny and 75 — until gusts of up to 50 mph hit at about the ninth hole. Seven matches were decided on the last two or three holes. The OG's squeaked out two wins on the 18th to take five points.

Day Two · Best Ball · Desert Willow · Firecliff

Six matches came down to the last two holes. The Bogeymen clawed back, The Daddies took three, and The OG's won two on 17 and 18 to hold the lead.

Day Three · Singles · Desert Willow · Mountain View

Early runs and late pushes. Through match eight the OG's led the Pirates 12–11. The OG's finished strong in matches nine and ten.

Team names may change year to year, but the core players stay — this was the year the modern team structure formed.
